Volunteering With the Travel Club
Become a volunteer Trip Coordinator to help organize trips, promote events, and coordinate travel. Mentors and training manuals are available for support, and coordinators may receive complimentary trips.
We also welcome volunteers who enjoy behind-the-scenes work, note-taking, handling details, writing, assisting during membership season and much more. Seasonal residents are invited to volunteer—every bit of help makes travel planning easy and fun.

On The Go
On the Go is the Solivita Travel Club newsletter that we send to all our members three times a year. It’s filled with all sorts of great information about our club and the latest travel news. You’ll find pictures and stories about trips we’ve just finished, plus articles about trips coming up. You won’t want to miss this vibrant and helpful newsletter! If you happen to miss it, you can download the latest issues from the web site.
Club Management
We are managed by a Board of Directors elected by our members. Our current Board of Directors is:
• President/Chairperson - Teri Johnson
• Vice President - Glenn Larson
• Membership Chair - Hannah Lewandowski
• Secretary - Patricia Smith
• Treasurer - Sharon Vaughn
Additionally, our Advisory Board meets monthly (except for July, August, and December) and is made up of leaders from each operational area. The club operates according to our Bylaws and Policies, which are available here:

Join The Club:

Membership in the Solivita Travel Club is open during our registration period, which runs from October through February each year. The annual membership fee is $20 per person.
Although registrations are typically not accepted outside the registration period, new residents of Solivita are welcome to join at any time within their first six months of residence. To obtain a registration form, new residents can email us at info@solivitatravelclub.org.
